GC Coca-Cola expects action on D&I

Necessary and long overdue requirements imposed

This week, the Coca-Cola legal department shared an important letter with their outside counsel. It details their commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, including new requirements for all law firm partners moving forward. The General Counsel of Coca-Cola, Mr Bradley M. Gayton says that these requirements are necessary and long overdue should we want to impact the stagnant progress on diversity within our legal profession.

Law firms working on The Coca-Cola Co.’s legal matters will have to meet stringent new diversity guidelines or face stiff penalties, including losing the Atlanta-based beverage giant’s business according to GC Gayton. Read more
