Necessary and long overdue requirements imposed
This week, the Coca-Cola legal department shared an important letter with their outside counsel. It details their commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, including new requirements for all law firm partners moving forward. The General Counsel of Coca-Cola, Mr Bradley M. Gayton says that these requirements are necessary and long overdue should we want to impact the stagnant progress on diversity within our legal profession.
